It’s always wonderful to return to PBS’ To The Contrary because it was this iconic show that I made my US TV debut on in 2013.
This week we talked about the harmful impact of US foreign policies, such as the Global Gag Rule (GGR), on the health and lives of women and girls around the world.
Repealing the GGR was a policy issue I worked on for years during my time as a feminist policy analyst on Capitol Hill.
It is nothing short of criminal that under the blatantly anti-woman Trump administration, these policies are being hardened and expanded.
