Growing up in Bangladesh, my family was always watching the news, and one of the things I really miss about living outside of America is the analysis of that you get with international news.
In the States, the news is so much more dominated by talking heads who end up in shouting matches more than in-depth conversation.
And yes, I am aware of the irony in me saying that.
Nonetheless, it was great to make my TRT World debut on the Turkish and international airwaves talking about women and the upcoming US midterm elections.
