PBS’ To The Contrary is a very special TV show for me because it was the first program to put me on-air in America.
As Washington, and more specifically, women, attempt to recover from the trauma of seeing an alleged sexual assault aka Brett Kavanaugh become the newest Supreme Court Justice, I stipulated how more than worry about Roe vs Wade being overturned, which I don’t think the GOP would flat out do, I worry about what Kavanaugh represents to an entire generation of women and girls about consent, sexual assault, and who will believe you if you’re brave enough to speak up.
