Washington, DC Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton and I agreed on the apparently complicated issue of pay equality while some of our fellow panelists did not.
I just cannot get my head around the fact that women exist who think the pay gap is a myth, and that women are not getting paid the same as men for “natural reasons.” What does that even mean? Denial is such a bizarre state of mind for humans to be in.
Watch the full episode and please tell me you believe the pay gap is real. It will never close until all women recognize it exists to begin with.
