Outside of America, most people know of feminist and journalist, Maria Shriver as a Kennedy, or the wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
But this powerhouse woman is an award-winning journalist, and with the newly re-launched Shriver Report, Maria Shriver is reminding us the roots of her accomplished career.
I could not be more honored and proud to be a reporter for this amazing platform which tells stories from the front lines of women’s lives in America.
For my first piece for the Shriver Report, I speak about the politics of women’s health in America, the decline in unintended pregnancies in the country, and the role the Affordable Care Act plays in providing women with more control over their reproductive health, which we all is key to our empowerment.
