Sadly, yes I do believe it is true because it is. This cartoon makes light of the reality, but you just have to look at the facts. Women make 77 cents for every dollar a man earns, the Paycheck Fairness Act remains stalled in the US, and in many parts of the world women are not paid for their work at all.
